Rebecca is a trainee solicitor in our Private Client department, where she assists Hilary Buckle, Jane Whitfield, Charlotte Fox and Vanessa Ruparel in a variety of different matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates.

Rebecca has a wide variety of experience in many different areas of law and began her legal career at the University of Lincoln where she studied for her law degree, before moving on to the University of Sheffield where she undertook the legal practice course and a master’s degree in Legal Practice. Her master’s degree focused on whether non-financial contributions should be taken into account when deciding who is entitled to a share of a family home upon the breakdown of a cohabitating relationship.

Alongside her studies, Rebecca also worked in Local Authority Legal Services within both the Child Protection and Commercial Property teams before moving back into private practice and gaining experience at two national firms in both Civil Litigation and Housing (specifically Shared Ownership Leases), Right to Buy and Acquire transactions and Staircasing.

Outside of work Rebecca enjoys travelling all over the country, and Europe, searching for new places to explore and lifting weights in her local gym.

We can arrange telephone meetings instead of meetings in our office. We will be happy to rearrange any meeting as a telephone meeting. Even if you are feeling well, we may need to advise you not to come into the office. We have a duty to protect other clients visiting our offices, many of whom may be vulnerable to illness, and of course our own valued employees.

Thank you for your co-operation.
