We understand that moving house is a major event. It can be confusing and stressful – especially when you use call-centre conveyancing or people that don’t know the area. We’re hugely experienced and members of the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme, which guarantees you an excellent service. We always help our clients understand the conveyancing process because it improves communication and helps us complete transactions efficiently. We have hundreds of recommendations on Google that demonstrate the value we provide to our clients. There are some information sheets which simplify the process and make it easier to understand. And of course, feel free to discuss anything with us or sign up to our free series of conveyancing email guides by entering your email address here – the guides will come from Alan Warnes.Transfers of equity
Equity transfers may be applicable when a person who is already registered as the proprietor of a property remains on the deeds. A second party may also need to be transferred off or onto the title. The transfer may be ‘subject to a mortgage’ (where the existing mortgage is being retained), the property may be re-mortgaged, or there may be no mortgage at all.Want a quote or more information?
