Juliet is front of house welcoming clients and visitors to the office. While on reception Juliet has many responsibilities including answering the phone and directing our callers to the various specialists. Juliet is friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Having joined the firm in 2012 from a large legal practice in Basingstoke, Juliet provides excellent client care, and is also extremely knowledgeable on health & safety practices; Juliet became a member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management in 2005.

Juliet also provides training to new members of staff in these areas and this is something which Juliet is experienced at, having obtained a teaching qualification for further education in 1990.

Health & wellbeing is a focus for Juliet, so she organises walks along the river in Reading town centre at lunchtime, which has proved very popular with her colleagues .
