Some conveyancing matters can become incredibly complex and detailed. We allow for this with our initial quote. It’s only when the solicitor receives the full contract pack and fully reviews the title of the property, that the estimate be customised further.

This meant that had the paperwork not been changed and legally sorted out, the new owner would be leasing their balcony and not actually owning it. You can find many Call-Centre type firms who will offer very cheap conveyancing, (you just have to Google cheap conveyancing to find them.) Please also make sure you Google a firm’s reviews BEFORE you even ask for a quote. It can save a lot of time.
