Justin Sadler talks to Andrew Peach on BBC Radio Berkshire, March 16th 2017

Following a ruling by the Supreme Court, Probate expert Justin Sadler of Barrett & Co solicitors in Reading was interviewed by BBC Radio Berkshire’s Andrew Peach.

This case is “groundbreaking”, says Justin, because adult children who are financially independent of the deceased are less likely to be considered to have grounds to make a claim when a parent chooses not leave them anything in their will.
