Emma-Jane Kurtz
Emma-Jane grew up in Streatley-on-Thames and after obtaining a degree in Classics at University College London, she qualified as a solicitor in 2004.
Emma-Jane specialises in drafting Wills, obtaining Grants of Probate, preparing Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection. She can advise on a range of matters relevant to elderly clients.
Emma-Jane joined Barrett & Co's private client department in December 2010, having previously worked in Swindon and Slough. She is a member of Thames Valley branch of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners.
A keen sports fan, Emma-Jane is a season ticket holder at Harlequins FC and in her spare time enjoys attending concerts and visiting museums and art galleries.
