This is the resolution of disputes between parties in either the County Court or High Court, as small claims, fast-track and multi-track cases.
If you have a claim we can advise on the merits of the case, its chances of success and the approximate cost involved. We can assist with anything from simple cases, such as the recovery of a debt, to much more complicated commercial litigation, for example disputes between company shareholders or between directors.
If someone has a claim against you we can advise on your defence and any counterclaim, the risks involved and the approximate costs. As necessary, we can prepare your case for trial or negotiate a settlement upon your behalf.
