Our employment law service is for the benefit of both employers and employees starting with advice on, negotiation of or preparation of contracts of employment, and extending to severance or compromise agreements and disputes before the Employment Tribunal typically for unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, discrimination and statutory rights.

After an initial appointment, an employer can receive telephone advice to assist him in dealing with his employees in the hope of avoiding claims as well as representation in the event that any employee issues proceedings before the Employment Tribunal.

Employees can take advice whilst still in employment or immediately following the breakdown of the employment relationship.

Both types of client benefit from the fact that we advise a balanced number of employers and employees enabling us to present both sides of any dispute.
