Barrett & Co's Jane Whitfield on BBC News

Senior Solicitor Jane Whitfield appears on BBC News to discuss a new proposal from The Law Commission that could make Wills recorded on voicemail or text message legally binding if deemed so by a judge.

This would be the first change to the Victorian law, unchanged since 1837, and could pave the way for the introduction of electronic wills.

Jane Whitfield is a Senior Solicitor in the Private Client department.
